Now hair fall is a common problem found in both men and women. The hair grows on our head from the hair follicle. We mainly face the hair fall problem when the growth of hair follicle is stopped. There are several reasons like imbalance in hormones and improper diet, for which the growth of hair follicle is stopped.

Women are experienced less hair fall problems in comparison to men. Normally men have hair loss follows hereditary pattern. Sometimes women also face baldness problem like men. Use of harmful shampoos, hair colors, and other harmful hair nourishing products are important reasons of hair fall. Green vegetables, complex carbohydrates, onion, garlic, and adequate water can help in hair fall reduction. Include fish, chicken, carrots, and spinach etc. healthy foods in your daily diet. It will keep the scalp healthy and result less hair fall.

Take Required Mineral Supplement: Mineral deficiency is an important reason of hair fall. These minerals include calcium, copper, iodine, iron, chromium, magnesium, and zinc. These minerals help in hair growth and helpful in controlling hair fall. But you should consult a doctor before taking any mineral supplement.

Avoid Smoking: Smoking reduces the blood flow and increases the blood clotting activity resulting in less oxygen in your blood. It creates oxygen deficiency in your body and this is an important reason of hair fall. So, avoid smoking to control hair fall.

Remove Dandruff:  If you have dandruff in the scalp, then take steps to remove dandruff immediately. Dandruff will result in heavy hair fall. Massage your hair with warm coconut oil and use a good anti- dandruff shampoo to reduce dandruff.

Avoid Use of Chemicals: Artificial hair colors, shampoos, conditioners etc. are containing chemical compounds that will lead to hair fall. Try to limit the use of these and choose the best products that contain fewer chemicals for a less hair fall.


Lastly, after all you should remember that controlling hair fall is not an overnight process. The total procedure takes time and it also depends upon the procedure that you selected. To get control over hair fall you should keep patience and implement the procedures properly. Hair loss is a major problem and you should take immediate steps in order to escape from major hair fall and baldness.
